By accessing and viewing any performance or lesson video files provided by The Wonder Note, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Distribution Agreement *

I understand that all video content shared by The Wonder Note is for private viewing only. I agree not to share, distribute, publish, post, or upload any videos to public platforms (including but not limited to social media, YouTube, or any public website) without prior written consent from The Wonder Note.

Student Privacy Protection *

I understand that all video content shared by The Wonder Note is for private viewing only. I agree not to share, distribute, publish, post, or upload any videos to public platforms (including but not limited to social media, YouTube, or any public website) without prior written consent from The Wonder Note.

Use of Videos by The Wonder Note *

If The Wonder Note wishes to share any video content on its website, social media, or for promotional purposes, the organization will seek permission from the appropriate parent(s) or guardian(s) before doing so.

Liability Waiver *

I understand and agree that The Wonder Note is not responsible for any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or third-party access to video files once they have been shared with me. The Wonder Note holds no liability for how the videos are handled once accessed by recipients.
