I understand that my requested recital time is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate it.

I understand and agree that if I (or my child) choose to perform with full or semi-band accompaniment, a mandatory run-through time will be assigned on March 4, 5, or 6. I acknowledge that, due to logistical considerations such as teacher availability, show order, and instrumentation, rehearsal times cannot be changed, and I agree to adjust my schedule to accommodate the assigned time slot.

I understand and agree that song choices, keys, musical details, and arrangements will be determined in coordination with the teacher as the performance date approaches.
